You must notify us of any additional damages, losses, or incorrect items within 48 hours.   1. If any damage occurs during transportation due to squeezing or scratching of the delicate and compact products, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Within 3 working days from the date of purchase, we (Dofencare) will provide free replacement (due to product quality issues).
  3. If you receive goods that are not what you ordered, we (Dofencare) will provide free replacement within 3 working days from the date of purchase (delivery charges may apply).
  4. For product issues caused by improper use (collision, water damage, excessive squeezing, etc.), we will provide free replacement of accessories within one month from the date of purchase. If it is more than three months from the date of purchase, you will only need to pay for the shipping cost. If any malfunctions occur under normal use, we will provide free replacement of accessories from the date of purchase. Within three months from the date of purchase, we will cover the shipping cost. Refunds If you wish to return a product without valid reasons, please contact us promptly and explain the reason. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the product must be in its original packaging and all gifts and accessories must be intact. Ship the item back to us via the designated courier company, and upon receipt and verification, we will issue a full refund within 7 days (full refund for quality-related issues only). We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for promotional items, any special, customized, or altered products, or defective/second-hand items purchased with the buyer's knowledge.
