Shipping by Sea or Air For each item you select, we register a serial number to provide you with a one-stop service. We employ cutting-edge technology and the finest materials, strictly adhering to international standards for production and testing to ensure product quality. We deliver your goods with exquisite packaging and efficient shipping methods.

We will dispatch your order within 48 hours after payment. Shipping is generally handled through UPS or DHL and air parcel logistics channels, with an estimated transportation time of approximately 3-7 days or 9-12 days. Any suggested delivery time is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Upon delivery, customers must inspect the goods and ensure they match your order. You must notify us of any additional damages, losses, or incorrect items within 48 hours. If you have not received your goods within the specified time, please contact us or visit our official website to track the shipment using the tracking number.

Returns

  1. If any damage occurs during transportation due to squeezing or scratching of the delicate and compact products, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Within 3 working days from the date of purchase, we (Dofencare) will provide free replacement (due to product quality issues).
  3. If you receive goods that are not what you ordered, we (Dofencare) will provide free replacement within 3 working days from the date of purchase (delivery charges may apply).
  4. For product issues caused by improper use (collision, water damage, excessive squeezing, etc.), we will provide free replacement of accessories within one month from the date of purchase. If it is more than three months from the date of purchase, you will only need to pay for the shipping cost. If any malfunctions occur under normal use, we will provide free replacement of accessories from the date of purchase. Within three months from the date of purchase, we will cover the shipping cost. We also recommend that you carefully read the instructions and maintenance tips before use.

Refunds If you wish to return a product without valid reasons, please contact us promptly and explain the reason. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the product must be in its original packaging and all gifts and accessories must be intact. Ship the item back to us via the designated courier company, and upon receipt and verification, we will issue a full refund within 7 days (full refund for quality-related issues only). We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for promotional items, any special, customized, or altered products, or defective/second-hand items purchased with the buyer's knowledge.

To initiate a return, please contact us at zdf@dofencare.com and provide your order number. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that its condition matches your description, we will issue a full refund according to your original payment method. If your refund is approved, you will receive the full refund within several days. The actual processing time depends on your card issuer.

Delayed or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at zdf@dofencare.com.

Other Notes Shipping fees are non-refundable. Typical turnaround time for returns or exchanges is approximately two to four weeks, but it may be longer during peak periods. All returns are subject to inspection. All packaging, including the original containers, must be free of any markings and should not be damaged in any way. Damage caused by consumers' disassembly or repairs, or intentional damage, is not covered.
